Conexión C.P. is a charitable organisation created as a response to the ongoing forced migration crisis. People who have been forced to flee war torn countries, or leave their homelands because of persecution and violence, have undergone traumatic experiences to get to countries where they hope to be accepted and feel safe.
Conexión CP runs educational and integration programmes in Barcelona, Spain, while also providing online courses in Spanish, Catalan and English for learners both in Spain and abroad. We have extensive experience supporting refugees, migrants, and their children through language education and other learning opportunities that facilitate social inclusion and participation in their communities.
Our work began in Madrid, where we established our first programmes, before expanding to Barcelona, where we are now based. Building on this experience, we continue to develop new initiatives to support more people in need, helping them improve their language skills, access education, and strengthen their opportunities for integration.
Our programmes have traditionally focused on Spanish and Catalan language learning, complemented by workshops and activities in areas such as mathematics, history, and the arts for children and teenagers. We also provide language courses that contribute to the preparation of the mandatory social integration report required for certain temporary residence authorisation procedures in Spain.
In addition, we currently offer both online and in-person Spanish courses for Ukrainian refugees who have arrived in Barcelona and in other Spanish cities, helping them communicate, adapt, and build connections in their new environment.

If you are a migrant or refugee, you can contact us at info@conexioncp.org and a member of the team will get back to you at the earliest opportunity to see how we can help.
To continue developing our valuable work in Spain and beyond, Conexión CP welcomes volunteers who would like to support our educational and integration programmes. We work with experienced teachers and university interns (trainees) who contribute their knowledge and educational skills, while volunteers play a vital role in helping us reach and support more people.
Our volunteers can support language learning activities in Spanish, Catalan, and English (and, in some cases, German or French), both onsite and online. You do not need to be a qualified or experienced teacher to join us. We provide the necessary guidance, methodology, and support so that you can feel confident while contributing to our programmes.
Together, we can help immigrants and refugees improve essential language and communication skills, build connections with their local communities, and gain confidence as they settle, integrate, and create a better future.
If you would like to be part of this meaningful experience, please get in touch at info@conexioncp.org. We would be happy to have a conversation with you about this opportunity, or you can complete our online form and we will contact you as soon as possible: ONLINE VOLUNTEERING FORM and ONSITE VOLUNTEERING FORM.
SEE YOU SOON!!
